Savoury pies are just the king of the appetizer spread. You'll have ones that are stuffed with cheese and parsley, or little pies with meat on top. My all time favourite is the spinach pies, but they're just so versatile. But then there are definitely regional dishes. Like injordan, mensef is the national dish. And i think that that something really important to hila, is that there is no one way that something is perfectly traditionally made.
