Dash: I just revued dea devago's papers at the suggestion of doctor sangmuinetti last night. i think both positive and negative uses of automation are covered in his work, as far as i understood it. Dash: We're all living in thi system that is sort of biased to maintain a sense of self. And so something like mindfulness and meditation comes in, for people who don't have a diagnosible disease, but helps move them towards breaking some of that automatic behaviour. The regulation is the r and the transcendence is the t and s is self? Dash, yes, yes.
