The product would need to be pulled directly from the customer in their specific use case. I asked when the last time they needed it on a non-Thursday to Sunday was and no one could even think of a time. Complaining is good but only if it drives action. For an entrepreneur, this is not good. Your goal is to only build for a customer that's actively trying to find a better solution.
