How Do You Convince CEOs of Discipline in New Venture Creation?
How do you impose discipline on a CEO when he probably is walking blindly into a spider's web 3.0 or proposing upgrading his mid-life crisis racing bike with an eight-speed blockchain? How do you deal with that? Well, if a CEO was divorcing his wife to marry into the metaverse, I want to focus exclusively on that and not even talk about new venture creation. So look, let's apply behavioral science to CEOs in the same way that we apply it to other people. We need top-down permission and top-down leadership to enable bottom-up innovation.
