I think first off, it's important to say the recommendations that we've made are not for everyone to be vegan. The recommendation is for a reduction towards healthy eating in terms of the amount of meat and dairy that we consume. I think there are a few things you can do that don't require a meat tax or something is at the extreme end. There's also one other thing which we can reveal exclusively on reasons to be cheerful, which is that the chair of the Climate Change Committee, Lord Dibben and I have got together. And he famously fed his daughter a beef burger when he was agriculture secretary to show the British beef was safe. And I famously ate a bacon sandwich
