Vaughan: People get confused because they don't have an understanding to put things in connote. They all so have this idea that there's you got to have balance, ok? And they talk about this work life balance, and they want to have their cake and eat it too. But guess what? 20 years from now, or 15 years, or ten years, when you find that success you're looking for, you get oll of the fucking balance you want, right? You get all the balance you want.
