Be very intentional and clear about who is running the show. If it's just you, if you are a web designed free lancer, a solo peneur, do not be ashamed of that. Once you get above six services, then you're becoming a fool service type of agency. For me, what worked really well was i said, josh and the team. And i just made it very clear who was on the team.
