Inferential Confusion Is the Primary Process That Predicts OCD, Right?

In OCD, if we arrive at a conclusion to doubt and obsession about inference of doubt, through this reasoning narrative process, we begin to distrust what reality is telling us. Inferential confusion is the primary process that not only predicts for OCD, but if we treat it and reduce its intensity, people get better from OCD. We start to favor what could be, we start to favor and trust and over invest in what hypothetically might be, or otherwise trust our imagination. And then I start to feel anxious and panicky. Then I feel like I need to stare at the door, right? Right. The idea of staring at the door is an indication of not trusting your senses.
