Walking has gotten a bit of a bad rapid it's kind of the lo men on the totem pole of exercise, like you could really exercise, but at least you could walk. If you don't do anything, just walk around the block, because it's something. So again, some movement is better than no movement. We should be moving much more than we are now. And this has really positive feedback effects on the brain body at large.
