The Naturalness Bias

There's a difference between my personal preference of working style and what HR really is looking for whole team. I think if you can do everything smarter, that's just a better way to go about it. People will reward the person that they innately perceive as being talented over the person who works harder and does more work. So this is kind of like tips and tricks on how to get people to start perceiving that you work hard.
