James: People get very frustrated that they make plans to spend time on their priorities and then life intervenes. The more sort of moving parts you have in your life the more likely that life will intervene, he says. He suggests people create designated rain dates for outdoor events so it can be rescheduled if things don't go as planned. James: I actually find that having that open space allows you to be more open to opportunity because you're not pushing it away due to lack of time.
