"If i sleep, let's say, eight hours total sleep, as tracked by the little tracker, with five to seven disturbances, i am going to wake up feeling refreshed," he says. "But if it is ten or more disturbances, i'm not going to feel so rested when i wake up." He recommends taking a 30-to-40 minute nap around noon every day that helps him get through until dinner time.
