The Importance of Decision Making in Leadership
Matt: I'm going to go with decision or because I have no problem making decisions about things. That's a big fan of, of decidering. If we're unclear, let's test it and find out if we were right or not then move on. Matt: The worst decision is no decision most of the time. You don't just sit around going, that one, this one, that one. But like, you listen to your team and gather the facts and draw on your own experience and then make the best guess you can. And so to me, I really like that answer, Matt, and I think it really suits you.
