Homeschoolers often fall victim to the "jump on the bandwagon" fallacy. If we use a certain curriculum, just because everyone else is using it, well then we're going against the very basis of homeschooling and personalized education. Use it because it will make your child better at math but if it doesn't, there's 7,000 other people ready and willing to sell you a completely different type of curriculum with which to learn.
