YNAB - What Was the Vision?

At what point did you know YNAB was going to be the tool, the tool that would eventually help some of the people? I don't know. It's not a, I think maybe what Spencer's looking for is like, when did you know that it was like working or going to work? Yeah. And that would be directly related to the financials. But also at that same meeting, you presented a vision and I don't, you hadn't done that before. That was new. You painted a picture of like, look,  I think maybe it was the million user vision.
