I love that. I don't add at all I think it's invaluable and fantastic insight to it's very much a case of what does the future look like. You know, very much looks like to me in your own language there it ought to be a lot more top down guidance as opposed to top down control. There's nothing wrong with being vulnerable we're all vulnerable at times, whether we want to admit that and embrace that is another thing. And let's just see and have faith that these young people have far more about them than what we think they doAs well you know let's put a little bit more trust in there.
