There's quite a big mindset shift that's needed and this is before we even get into any tech. The first thing you can do is to recognize the fact that it's a tough market. A lot of people who really want the job then of course they'll spend 40 minutes on a online application, but they won't say so. So I think a mindset shift, making it easy to apply a bit of old fashioned stuff that's been around forever.
