We got caught up for the longest time in kind of in t build mot ina buil built for the sake of building, without really asking where we wanted to be. And so pride leaders not only need to develop and keep this enstate in mind, you have to also think about the teams that are coming with you on the journey. We had a tough time kind of keeping the morale going as we constantly changed our approaches, because we didn't have a clear an mile.
