There's a quirk in the brain with reciprocation. Salespeople and marketing people take advantage of this quirk. Only like maybe one in 200 people will return the whole package to me saying, I looked at it. The other 199 or so, it's too complicated to return the pen. So they have favorable perspectives towards mortgage because monistered them a favor.
