IWM to SPY: A Relative Performance Line

I think today's gonna be a fun day to watch and see how things progress do we continue to sort of grind higher or do things reverse again I mean to your point we don't know it appears as though this will be one of those days where you do start to give some stuff back we'll see but I tease the fact that we're gonna give some actionable ideas. We are at a really big juncture which one has to make a judgment do we stay does one stay overweight large super cap loved extended names or does one generate alpha in the quarter or quarters ahead by finding laggards IWM type stocks that are bottoming out?
