Macro Workouts Are Great for Those in Lock Down
A lot of the time these marke workouts are based around minimal equipment and body weight type exercises. So for example, it could be something as simple as doing 20 seconds on, ten seconds rest. And we could alternate between different body weight movements. We can obviously flick it around, and we can add an upper body movement soa,. you might want to go from your jump squats into push ups.
