Cody's Story Telling Ability Was Rudimentary
Cody's lawyer failed miserably to humanize his client. The judge would later remark that each story had x y and zed individually committing each of the three murders. It was almost like cody's story telling ability was so rudimentary that he literally couldn't have more than one character in action at a time, even though the other two were present.
