I don't think coaches ever truly want to play like a set system or a set way they might have an idea of how they like football. A lot of teams will form a box midfield by moving a play and that's generally been a full-back inverting. I think it's just that tiny bit too much chaos for a lot of the modern managers now. When I can do it with a way that almost means because we're going to control the ball you can basically change your position to be whoever you want to be it doesn't matter.
