hypnosis is a wonderful tool because it shifts the brain and body very quickly into states, into desired states. I don't think people should become obsessive about sleep; what you want to do is develop some sleep practices. Drinking too much caffine late in the day can make it hard to fall asleep. And there are drugs that will help you dot help people sleep, but i think the vast majority of people that are taking prescription drugs to sleep doesn't need them or put differently.
