Is the Quest for Wanting to Know Happening in the Future?
Nobody really wants to know these numbers, and nobody really cares. The government doesn't want to know because then they'll have to pay more compensation or admit that they got it horribly wrong. It's hard to meet an indian person who did not lose some one in the second way. But i do think that the government has, by making its approach seem beyond reproach, has painted itself into a corner. So i do think we are going to have exess morality estimates from the government at some point,. but i think it's going to be very far from accepting what other broad estimates are.
