Dr. Paulton: I'm glad to say that even after 25 years, 30 years of practice, I still think I have the best job in the world because I get to sit down with people and talk about things that are really relevant and personal and important. So those are all really, really enjoyable activities that I've been doing over the years. One of my sons was on the spectrum or is on the spectrum. He's tall around. It's 24 years old. And he's doing great living independently on the East Coast.
