The Avengers: The Story of a Hero

The only stipulation they gave him for the Avengers script was that Loki had to be the villain. At the midpoint there had to be a battle between the good guys or in the middle. So that might have been enough similarities to Zach Penn's script. He probably had the same marching orders and then if he had scenes like you mentioned as well that would probably be enough to get him some kind of credit. Don't you feel like the opening the writing and even almost execution feels like an X-Men movie more than it does?
