The First Denial
Peter denied the first time already in the book of John, this damsel who kept the door. We saw Malchus, a servant of the high priest. Now we see for 69 of Mark 14, And a maid saw him again. Luke says it was after a little while. So maybe Peter's gotten his courage back up. But then another maid sees him and began to say to them that stood by. It's not just going to be a one-on-one denial. There's others. He denies saying, I know not, neither understand I what thou sayest. Then again, Jesus had said three denials and two times of the rooster crowing. As
