Do Mask Mandates Really Work?
Is the vast preponderance of studies showing big effects for mandates or are they more scattered than that? There have been researchers who have tried to get at that question by doing meta-analyses. Several of those have found that when you pull this data together into one place, you're still seeing a positive effect for mask mandates. But if we compare those studies to studies of vaccine rates and vaccination, there's just no comparison.
