The Psychology of Creativity
When I was in New Zealand, I started coaching as a player coach. And then after working in senior football very early on, I realised I needed to go and learn more about coaching. So I actually started a Masters with the University of Queensland, which was initially online by distance and then moved to a Masters whereby I was studying a team in Melbourne. After finishing my Masters, I had the opportunity to apply for a PhD at University of Queensland. And so I designed my PhD study to do different cultural case studies to look at how creativity was influenced by culture. And that took me to Barcelona. That was the place I wanted to go. It was almost like a bit of a mecca
