The Butterfly Effect Isn't a Real Thing.
There's a minimum possible energy that is required to be delivered to an electron orbiting a nucleus in order to cause it to rise up to the next energy level. And if that minimum threshold is not exceeded, there will be no movement of the electron from one energy level to the other. It just won't happen. This fundamentally is why the butterfly effect isn't a real thing. We can have movements of air all over the place that never decay to zero and can come together to amplify each other in a huge wave of motion - which we call a hurricane. In theory, that's what could happen classically. But happily, our world doesn’t operate this way; things can decay
