i haven't actually been in about five years, y to brazil. So we would go spend time with family every year during the summer or during the holidays. Um, it was never for like, intense training or anything. I guess it just depends how the waves are. U am, so if the waves are good, or if it's like, am firing, like all day every day, i probably serve like three times a day.
