I'm not necessarily a great creative it's a bit like ferguson, he's a great manager, he's not a great football so than we got to do it looking at what i am and how i work best. What i then need is a lot of good young es. Like ferguson had five great youngsters given to him. Only some good youngsters working under me. And i'll put that together. I'll make sure they're going the right way, doing the right things in the right place. Their natural exuberance will take em through to make things happen that i hadn't seen.
