How to Grow a High Volume Product Business
When you bought the business, it was doing about $650,000 in sales annually. What do those numbers look like today? Last year, we did somewhere around 875K in revenue. The top line growth was really solid. And that was without launching any new products,. So bullet point underneath that growth, that went really well. Advertising costs fluctuated. There was a lot of learning. But we're kind of back to a very healthy gross margin.
