The first thing people should know about their bodies is that there's inherent wisdom in the body. When we are coming from a paradigm where something's broken, we need to fix it and we're looking for the pain within,. Then an alternative could be looking for the pleasure and then reinforcing that positive experience. What are some examples of things that help people feel more alive in their bodies? I was saying yoga because I think that's a really powerful practice. And then I also think one that is accessible to most people is just the opportunity to slow down.
