Is That Who We Are as Voters?
Voters are not particularly partisan, they're not politically engaged. They don't walk around with a coherent set of valuative criteria and ideological check boxes that the they want to tick. That's just true of all kinds of countries. And then of course, there are, you know, institutions that pattern behaviors, and ours have patterned ours in such that we tend to get liberals more often than not.
