Diplo and Necro
Diplo isn't getting us much needed money that's going to be the thing that sets us over the top, it's only getting more stuff on the board. PDS and bombardment are not during combat. That's why destroyer twos are useful. Any fighter barrage is when you steal tech. So literally, it's just the warfare person that you need to worry about at all. If I take Diplo as Necro, then I feel like the warfare person's got to be figuring out how to make sure I don't get that done. Which is almost impossible and I think about it.
