What we put into our bodies is absolutely what we get out in terms of performance. So to ignore that is, yes, it th should should at least be included in the study design. If you're starving yourself, don't expect big strength or perch ife gains a that's obvious. But low glycagen doesn't necessarily suppress anibolic response to tr strength training. And this provides us with an example of high metabolic endurance followed by high volume exercise.
