Baker: I wrote this book for my students. It came out of the way I teach theology and I continue to learn about that as I teach. So you structure your book around particular doctrines of Christian theology, right? Like this is pretty common. But because I wanted to write this book chiefly as a teaching resource, I didn't want to do anything particularly distracting. And so I chose an order which is relatively non-controversial.
