NIST's job is to make sure that people can use the cryptographies they standardized. So you have one parameter set, one very narrow parameter set. You've got no room for error. The good news is like the chems, we will be able to integrate into TLS modules and some deployment issues of things on the internet. I don't necessarily like big client hellos. Hellos get a lot bigger with these schemes.
