How to Get Better at Giving and Receiving Feedback

There can always be this kind of situation where there is a lack of consistency in terms of different skills. I usually see this more with like product managers rather than other user researchers because generally speaking in teams, we have consistency and processes in place that kind of stop people from doing things incorrectly. So how can we get better at giving and receiving feedback on a more consistent basis? You can celebrate them or you can give them constructive feedback. But if your organization is not really savvy at feedback, doesn't really do it, doesn't behind closed doors, there's a lot of shame or worry or anxiety for those who receive it.
