I Think It's a Tough Balance to Strike When You're a Founder
I think it's very hard as a founder not to take the highest valuation you can get. It could be a little bit of a trap sometimes because if you have two companies that were launched at the same time and they're competing for like senior talent, I'm going to go to the company where you know own more of the business or get into the lower valuation. said this elsewhere as well but um I think it is a point what hammering on that it also is more attractive for people who are joining early stage fintechs If you know valuations on sky high and they have some reasonable estimation that those things that you know however much you know however many options that promise
