There's at least one team that has no front end devs which I think is in a way a testament to Elm. We've hired a lot of folks who have you know Python experience because our back end is in Python but no Elm experience and yeah I've felt very comfortable introducing Elm to everybody. If someone is apprehensive they feel like oh you know I'm not sure what to do here, he says. "I can pick it up and get into it"
