How to Outsource Remote Billing
A lot of offices because they only have one or maybe two people. Like is a person standing there trying to check out and reappoint for their next appointment, a higher priority than the phone call coming in? Do you hang up if all the lines are busy and the phone is like, what do you guys do? It's true. I did have to create kind of this remote billing department because I did find that that was so much time. And then if they're remote, the added benefit is they're not taking physical space in the facility. decrease chaos upfront.
