The Oddball Question - Do You Drink Before Going to Bed?

Some patients with small capacity bladders do bladder drills to train their brain. But doing that long term can be damaging to the bladder because you're over expanding your bladder. I think sometimes the hospital environment is the combination of not drinking anything, not going to a toilet as well. And then you can do if you start a 10 hour operation, you don't drink anything at all. That's really bad for stones. Is that something that we have to also take into consideration - hydrating throughout the 24-hour period?
