Jamison Webster: I just read a case by the psychoanalyst, French psychoanalyst Francois D'Olto called Dominique. She cures an autistic child that she kind of cures in 14 sessions. He goes from being really delirious to being incredibly coherent and showing what he understands about his life. Why would something that was once called psychosis now be called autism? Well, they called it autistic then. They understood it as a psychosis.
