Axios is trying to make it appear as though they've come up with some ground breaking savy strategy, which is laughable. It rewards the kind of behavior that you see from conservative democratic senators like joe mansion, right? This is a way to essentially shed any type of responsibility in a policy making in fighting for actual, substantive policies That would really fundamentally and materially improve people's lives.
