I've Been Fasting for a Long Time, and I'm Not Particularly Lean.

For the last ten years, i've fasted anywhere from 12 to 16 hours for every 24 hour cycle. My first meal is almost s a low carve meal. It's some steak or ground beef, some brazil nuts. May be a vegetable, but i'd have more mental clarity when i'm low carbohydrate. I like butter, so i'll put a pat of butter in there. And i don't my oolipid profiles are just fine.
