Is There a Tipping Point in Real Estate?

Real estate was actually pretty healthy and a lot of markets, it is very local. There was at least in my area, there wasn't a lot of overbuilding. The thing that I think will will be the indicator is how long this lasts. We have job losses, we have huge unemployment for an extended period of time. And so if you get a certain number of foreclosures, then that becomes an issue for the banks. They have to take them back. That affects the prices of the market.
