Breaking Your Silence Makes You More Powerful
When you are allowed to break your silence, you become vulnerable in a way that actually makes you more powerful. For me, shame is like a spider web on ourselves. And also it allows what you talk, what we also know is true. So there's nothing to fear when I'm doing it. Yes. That's exactly how I feel really, honestly. My vulnerability felt to me like stripping naked in front of the whole world.
